BEING Supported

BEING Supported – the mental health peer support line 1800 151 151

BEING Supported, the Mental Health Peer Support Line is now taking calls!

BEING Supported is a new service, non-crisis peer support service staffed by trained Peer Support Specialists, all of whom have had their own personal experiences of mental health issues, system access, and trauma histories.

Peer Support Specialists will provide emotional support in a safe and confidential environment, listen in a non-judgmental manner, and provide problem solving solutions or just be an ear to listen to. Peer Support Specialists are trained to provide information and referral pathways where required.

If you need someone to talk to during these challenging times, they are open and here for you on 1800 151 151 from 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
